From music to acting, Harry Styles is diving into his very first business venture. Announced in Dazed magazine's winter issue alongside the company's official Instagram, Styles has announced his new beauty line ‘Pleasing’. With the brand's mission to "bring joyful experiences and products that excite the senses and blur the boundaries," the Watermelon Sugar singer has made his entire line vegan and cruelty-free.

As for the initial release, Pleasing will feature nail polish and skincare. The nail polish came in 4 colours, including Perfect Pearl, Inky Pearl, Granny's Pink Pearl, and Pearly Tops, and the skincare will include a serum and primer in one, Pearlescent Illuminating Serum and an eye and lip serum, Pleasing Pen.

Pleasing is now available for purchase through the brand's official website. Price ranges from $20 for the single polishes. Worry not! You can get the bundled nail polishes at a cheaper price. As for the skincare, you can get the Pleasing Pen for $30 and the serum for $35.

"When we decided Pleasing would make beauty products, I wanted to be sure they were something I would use. I didn't want to make products to mask people. I wanted to highlight them and make them feel beautiful," Styles said in a statement. "I really think that the essence of Pleasing is finding those little moments of joy and showing them to people."

Known for his androgynous looks and blurring gender norms, Styles wanted to make Pleasing a gender-neutral beauty product and make it environmentally conscious as well. As stated on the Pleasing website, the products are certified cruelty-free by PETA and claimed that they have not been tested on animals and contain animal-based ingredients.

The brand also claimed that it is gluten-free, clean and ethically sourced. Pleasing is committed to operating in an economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable manner. They also claimed that the mica they use is synthetic (lab-created) or ethically sourced with transparency throughout the supply chain.
